Sales to Minors

All sales are only made to persons 18 years of age and older. We will not knowingly sell to a minor.

PayPal

We use PayPal as our payment system. The address registered with PayPal must be the same as their shipping address. Before making a payment, please contact us so that we can send you an invoice with your PayPal address.

Payment

Payment only via PayPal, to my friend. The PayPal service is currently blocked for me in Russia.

Shipping Address

If the shipping address provided is not a valid address, we will contact the buyer and try to get a correct one. The package will be held and not shipped until we get a valid address from the buyer.

Shipping Insurance

We provide a full refund in case of loss of the parcel on Russian territory, excluding shipping costs (see below), and a 50% refund if the loss occurred on the recipient’s territory.

Refund

You can cancel your order and request a full refund if the product has not been sent yet. A refund can be issued at any time before the product is sent, with prior notice.

Late Fees

A late fee of $20 will be charged at two weeks and $30 at three or more weeks past the due date.

Warranty

All products come with a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Health & Safety

We are not responsible for any health issues that may arise from wearing our products. Please ensure you are not allergic to any materials used. Take regular breaks and stay hydrated when wearing a fursuit.

Photo Rights

We reserve the right to photograph all completed products and use those photos on our website, social media, and promotional materials. If you do not wish your fursuit to be photographed, please let us know before ordering.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost by the postal service after they have been shipped. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Europe: €160–200. USA: $220–300. Exact costs will be calculated before shipping.
