Start of manufacture in November.

(15th November) We begin to make head.
(16th November) We began cutting out and stitching jumpsuit.
(18th November) Frame of head was completely mad. Ears...
(24th November) Handpaws and other turnover.
(28th November) Preparation for the nose, taping of fleece and others.
(30th November) Nose was pasted by fleece.
(5th December) Folds in the ears. Eyes and feetpaws - is during manufacture.
(8th December) Eyes was made. Feetpaws was finished.
(12th December) Started production of the wings. Ventilation was installed.
(27th December) The first try-on overalls. The head is glued fur now.
(29th December) It's just a demonstration of the head.
(1 - 5 January) End fursuit assembly.

Next, cut out this blank of sheet material, in this case - is insulation for pipes.
It is possible to take into account the natural curves of the material, so that later they were reflected in the right places on the blank for head.

16th November We began cutting out and stitching jumpsuit.

17th November

Was acquired powerful rotary clipper. And we help the frinds (perhaps will be a photo, but tomorrow).

18th November

Frame was completely made and we have the opportunity to do the ears (at photo they are not fully furnished). The frame was little redesigned to accommodate large fans in place for ears. To us came the powerful clipper - now we are equipped to do the costumes from a very dense fur (that is this case).

Completed the production of handpaws.

We continue to sew overalls of fursuit.

The head was glued inside by fleece. For lips has been given special shape to accommodate the upper canines. For this canines has been provided the framework to... reliably bite by them.

28th November. At the blank of head was made the blank of nose. Was made internal gluing of fleece. Started manufacturing feetpaws. Unitard was sewed and it waiting the pads to make correctly mark the drawing "ribs".

Scans of fleece for inside of head was made by gluing tape:

Nose was pasted by fleece. Before gluing furs left to do eyes.

For ears was pasted inside by fleece and made ribs stylized as the folds in the ears.

Eyes - is during manufacture.

Feetpaws ready by 70%.

The eyes was made. Few photos of this below.

Making feetpaws with rubber soles was finished.

12 December

The ventilation was mounted.

Will be mounted all linings inside before pasting the fur on the head.

Started production of the wings.

Coverall now looks like this (in the photo). Before broach for shock absorbers that make suit slender, it must have sewn for all his details, since "contraction" would interfere with the determination of the present position of details on the suit.

Linings for exoskeleton now ready and it will be installed at the end of the assembly.

The first try-on overalls. At the moment the sleeves made more narrower in the area of the gloves and was changed position of tail.

Further the overalls will be trimmed and will be sewn the hidden pockets. May be the wings will be stretched.

It's just a demonstration of the head (clickable images). It just tracking of sight was wondering, so there photos from corners with a small difference.

1 - 5 January

So, were added the "tabs" for thumb on the sleeves, to when hand lifting heavy wings not pull together down the sleeves. Sami sleeves were tapered at the ends and was shaved, so as not to interfere for dress handpaws. Handpaws now dress over sleeves jumpsuit.

For handpaws were decorated small incisions, to include the ends of the wings - it masks the transition handpaws to sleeves.

Inside the suit has been made a small inner pocket.

For overalls were sewn strong support straps. Great weight front of his overalls pulled it forward. To remove load from the seams of the collar and make it durable we sewed webbing to vertical seams of overalls.

Upper pillows of leg have two positions for attaching them to improve the appearance of character for different heights of fursuiter, which can be between 68" and 76".

By the head was sewn apron. This is apron consists of two parts, to be able to remove the jaw. On front apron was made to the pocket for power of fan.

Were mounted upper canines and lower teeth. Made mount for tongues (three pieces per set, different).
